Dear Fellow Brother Knights and Friends:
We warmly invite everyone to join us for dinner and the Council's final film event of the semester on Saturday, December 5th, 6:30-8:30PM, in DiGiovanni Hall at St. Paul Parish. In particular, we welcome CSA members to join us immediately following their retreat.
We will screen the highly-anticipated Marian film, The 13th Day, which focuses on our Lady's apparition and message at Fatima, where she urges us to pray frequently and fervently for the conversion of sinners throughout the world.
Please join us in viewing this critically-acclaimed film, at precisely the time when its message is most needed. AsFr. Andrew Apostoli notes, "Pope Benedict XVI has said, 'Learn the message ofFatima!...Spread the message of Fatima!' This film is a powerful presentation of the events surrounding Our Lady's apparitions." Steve Greydanus of the National Catholic Register agrees: "The 13th Dayis the best film ever made aboutFatima—the most beautiful and effective, as well as one of the most historically accurate."
Since a catered dinner will be served, please RSVP to Alan O'Connor (aoconnor [at] fas.harvard.edu) so that we ensure enough food and drink.
We look forward to reconnecting with many of you on Saturday, as we meet to pray and share a meal and continue to prepare for Our Lord's birth during this Holy Season of Advent.
